Itinerary

Pick-up from your hotel in Marrakech at 8 AM and drive toward Imlil (1740 m), a charming Berber village and the gateway to Mount Toubkal. Meet your local mountain guide and mule team, then begin trekking through beautiful valleys and villages.
Stop at the shrine of Sidi Chamharouch (2500 m) for a picnic lunch before continuing the climb toward the Toubkal Refuge (3200 m).
Enjoy a hot shower and a freshly prepared Moroccan dinner at the refuge. Overnight stay in the refuge or in a tent (summer option).

Start early to catch the sunrise from the summit. After breakfast around 5 AM, begin the 3- to 4-hour ascent to the Toubkal summit, enjoying incredible views of the Atlas range and distant valleys.
After reaching the top, rest and take photos before descending back to the refuge for lunch. Continue down to Imlil, where you’ll stay overnight.

After breakfast, begin the desert leg of your journey. Cross the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260 m) with stops for photos of Berber villages and mountain vistas. Visit the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a famous filming location for Gladiator and Game of Thrones.
Continue toward the Valley of Roses and the Dades Gorge, known for its striking rock formations and traditional kasbahs.

After breakfast, visit the impressive Todra Gorge, a natural canyon with towering limestone cliffs. Continue through Tinjdad and Erfoud toward Merzouga, gateway to the Sahara.
Upon arrival, meet your camel caravan and ride across the dunes at sunset to your Berber desert camp. Enjoy mint tea, dinner, and traditional music around the campfire before sleeping under the stars or in your private tent.

Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, ride your camel back to Merzouga village.
Begin the return journey through Alnif, Agdz, and Ouarzazate, stopping for lunch and photos along the way. Continue across the High Atlas Mountains to arrive in Marrakech by evening (around 8 PM).
